CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - A new Cedar Rapids company is giving roofing shingles a new life by recycling them into road material. Clayton Ostrum, site manager for Roof 2 Road of Cedar Rapids, says shingles used to just go into the landfill. He calls it a waste.
